  • Service refers to the Website and subscription-based gifting solutions offered by BoxieBox.

  • Subscriptions refer to the services or access to the Service offered on a subscription basis by the Company to You.

  • Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Your Information

If You wish to place an Order, You may be asked to supply certain information, including, without limitation:

  • Your email

  • Your phone number

  • Your billing address

  • Your shipping information

  • Payment method details

By submitting such information, You grant Us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties to facilitate the completion of Your Order.

Subscriptions

Subscription Period

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis on the 1st of each month. The monthly fee covers all gift packages scheduled for delivery in the following month.

To ensure timely delivery, especially for occasions falling on the 1st or early days of a month, the subscription fee for such events will be charged in the previous month's billing cycle. For example, a birthday gift scheduled for delivery on the 1st of February will be included in the January billing cycle.

This approach ensures there is sufficient time to prepare and dispatch gifts before the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellation

To cancel your Subscription, You must provide at least one month's notice. Your Subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period following Your cancellation notice.

No Refund Policy

All fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by law. No refunds will be issued for partially used Subscription periods.

Fee Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at any time. You will be notified in advance of any fee changes, and such changes will take effect from the next billing period.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Goods availability

  • Errors in the description or pricing of Goods

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel an Order only for Goods that have not been prepared, customised, or shipped. Personalised or customised Goods cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Payments

Payment must be made in GBP (£). Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Stripe

If payment fails, We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Subscription.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claims relating to the Service or Goods is limited to the total amount paid by You in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Your use of the Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated on this page, and Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes Your agreement to the updated Terms.
